Small Group Training

Do you want the expert guidance of personal training but also desire the motivational camaraderie of group fitness? In small group training, you get the best of both worlds.

From cardio to strength training and flexibility, small group training boosts full-body fitness through engaging classes. Our degreed and certified personal trainers lead each session using professional techniques proven to help you see results. Smaller class sizes bridge the gap between group interaction and individualized support.

Classes happen on our gym floor with the latest equipment and expert guidance.

Membership is not required for Small Group Training at Wellness.

Small Group Training Policies

  • Packages/sessions are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Cancellations can be made online or by contacting the Front Desk. Failure to cancel a session prior to a class start time will result in a redeemed session.

Adrian Theroux

BKin, CSEP-CPT

A specialist in building full-body, functional strength, Adrian uses his knowledge of biomechanics and anatomy to refine your technique, keep you injury-free, and prevent muscular imbalances. He will push you to perform movements and move weights you never thought possible.

Marygrace Dela Cruz

B(Kin), CSCS

Marygrace’s goal as a trainer is to ensure each session is in line with reaching your goals by making them efficient, effective, fun and enjoyable. Her experience with training individuals ranges from those just starting in the gym to athletes looking to improve their performance. She provides individualized programs curated to the person’s needs and goals and creative and functional group training sessions.

Brennan Sampson

BKin, CSEP-CPT

Brennan has thousands of hours of group training experience, coaching a wide variety of clients ranging from gym beginners to Olympic champions. He will meet you where you’re at and coach you along the way so you can get stronger, fitter, healthier and more confident.
